In reference of above mentioned course conducted on the dates 08, 09 and 10 Dec 2009 at Al Ain International Airport, I feel pleasure expressing my feelings for successful training session conducted by Mr Stuart Alexander and Mr Ahmed Abdel Karem, the two training instructors of your organization.
The conduction of above training for our crew was of high importance because of being the vital part of national and international Airport Emergency Services’ standards in terms of rules and regulations. Both of the trainers remained very professional and dedicated with the attendees in delivering their task from day one till the end as none of the attendees left doubtful of any of the training aspect.
We look forward for the same valuable co-ordination and co-operation in conduction of such events in future and anticipate that this relationship will go long for the successful conduction of such kind of trainings.
I’d like also heartily thanking ADAC Training & Development Dept. specifically Mr Salem Al Khazraji and Noura Ishaq and their further team for developing our Al Ain AES team and continuously following up in conduction of the event.
